In December 1967 BBC1 was running with Watch With Mother from 13.30 - I was 1 on Decmber 4th so presumably able to sit up and watch telly with my mother. I know we watched this because I remember some of it. In 1969 it was Pogles' Wood - Oliver Postgate one day; The Flowerpot Men another day (which I firmly remember watching). And Andy Pandy - also very strong memories.

- Jackanory was on at 16.40, Animal Magic/ Blue Peter at 16.55, Crackerjack on Fridays (Leslie Crowther, Peter Glaze) - the fucking Small Faces were on it in 1970 - but I can even remember when i believed that Jackanory was for 'older kids'. Magic Roundabout at 17.45 and then grown up telly started. Though Tomand Jerry was on at 18.15.
- In 69 Blue Peter was presented by Valerie Singleton, John Noakes, Peter Purves. Lesley Judd hadn't joined yet and I can't remember before Lesley Judd at all.
- Our telly then was black and white, sat in the far end of the front room, when you walked in it was on the left, with the sofa straight in front. If mum ever sent me in to the front room to fetch anything I'd have to not look at the telly and hide behind the sofa ifit got too much.
- From adult telly I remember Z Cars being on though not much about it. Dixon of Dock Green at 19.10 on Sunday and Softly Softly at 20.00 on Mondays.
- Saturdays was Tom and Jerry at 17.15 - Grandstand was on all afternoon which I think my Dad aimed to watch if he was able. And Dr Who at 17.25 - Patrick Torughton who I can't remember at that point.
- The Monkees was on at 18.45 - it was probably on. I know I loved that show when i was a few years older, but it's posisble i took in some of the physical comedy - the falling overand running about bits.
- Val Doonican at 19.55. Match of the Day at 22.30.
- The BBC tv landscape was already recognisably the one I remembered by the time i was able to pay attention.
- The Sooty Show was on at 17.55 - Sundays, oddly. We probably went round my grandmother's for Sunday tea (yes, my parents called it sunday tea!). But apart fromthat it seems to be all religious tv on BBC1 until Steptoe and son at 19.25.
- Xmas day was Billy Smart's Circus, Disney Time, Ken Dodd (with the seekers). Magical Mystery Tour was on on Boxing Day 1967 - I don't remember this or know if we even had it on. And a Norman Wisdom film on late. I'd have been well asleep by then even on Boxing Day.
- In January - watch with mother on Wednesdays was Trumpton, and Camberwick Green on Tuesdays, Vision On at 16.15
- Bewitched started running at 18.15 on Thursdays.
- The Good Old Days - parents watched that. I remember being into the women's costumes
- Pink and Perky repeats
- The Herbs in 1968 Dwputy Dawg at 16.55; Polish animations;
